PHYSICAL HEALTH

If you don’t have time for any of these, you can simply tap your body from head to toe to shake off the excess energy and refresh the blood flow.
🌷Nutrition: Prioritize nutrient-rich foods while enjoying occasional indulgences. Dietary choices are individual and based on one’s own preferences, tastes and health requirements.
🌸Sleep: Quality sleep is crucial for overall health and wellbeing. During sleep, our bodies repair tissues, consolidate memories, and regulate hormones. How many hours of sleep we need depends on individual.

- Infants (4-12 months): 12-16 hours (including naps)
- Toddlers (1-2 years): 11-14 hours (including naps)
- Preschoolers (3-5 years): 10-13 hours (including naps)
- School-age children (6-12 years): 9-12 hours
- Teens (13-18 years): 8-10 hours
- Adults (18 years and older): 7 hours or more
